| removed. Valid values range from <i>0</i> to <b>BOOST_PP_TUPLE_SIZE</b>(<i>tuple</i>) |
| - <i>1</i>. If <i>tuple</i> has only a single element, it remains |
| unchanged since a <i>tuple </i>must have at least one element.</dd> |
