| any and all bodily injury, property damage, or other adverse consequences of installing |
| or using the modified Device. Google takes no responsibility for the modified Device, |
| disclaims all warranties related to any modified Device, and will not be liable for any |
| special, direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any modified Device. |
